I worked with the Festival planning team to re-brand a well-established, national preaching event. The event used this style for several years on all Festival-related material.
The materials for the events were very text-heavy as the speaker names were the primary selling point. It was important to balance the number of names with highlighting important information such as annual theme, location (the event was scheduled in a different city each year), date and registration links. The watercolor image was used to add texture (literally as it was an image of artwork on a textured canvas) and color while connecting to the parent organization’s brand identity colors and fonts.
